After starting over and writing a second, seriously buggy combat game, I think I have to give up this time. :( Looking forward to playing everyone's entries though!

Re: ECTOCOMP 2013

Okay, 40 minutes in and I'm starting to see how rusty I am and how unfamiliar with v5 I am in general. Tip of the day? Yes, you can still add alternate descriptions, they're in right-click menus! Thanks a lot to NickyDude for the PDF version of the wiki! ctrl-f is king when I need reference and the ...

Re: ECTOCOMP 2013

Hello old friends! It's been a long time and I'm going to have to squeeze a few practice hours in beforehand with the v5, but I'm excited and I'll have my entry ready by ... when was the deadline?

EctoComp 2012

I know it's just the 2nd, but is there a thread somewhere about EctoComp 2012? I'm brainstorming now. I haven't been involved with ADRIFT since last October, but no matter what I'm doing or how busy I am there will always be a few free hours in October and November for creating and playing these lit...

Re: New Property cannot be altered

Sounds like a good solution to me. I'm still really excited about properties but have had such a hard time actually using that feature of V5.

Re: Troubles with 'undo' command while running events.

Either this being the sub-events not reacting to it, or the "How long should this event last?" counting down and completing the event in X turns regardless of if one or more of those turns were undone by the undo command. You can test the counting-down-regardless-of-undo theory by adding sub events...
