private message problems

Anyone else having problems with private messages staying in outbox and not being sent? I sent a message to Campbell and it is still in outbox and not being sent.

IIRC, it goes from outbox to sent when the recipient reads the message (or maybe when they log in or somesuch).

Checking when Campbell was last logged in with his own profile, that is, was Dec 08/2016
So it's probably just because he hasn't read your message yet.
