Well a quick visit to the old forum has turned into a longer stay. I was wandering through some of the old posts and came upon the WIP thread from 4 years ago -

Apr 03 2007
I'm working on two games at the moment -

Again and Again
This is a game about a waste of space who ends up saving the day. It is likely to be my IFComp entry this year.

Vague
Is another damn game about a man with no memories. Hopefully this one is slightly different and is currently being beta tested. All my games so far have been released for comps, so this one is not going to be.

It was at this time I fell out of love for IF in general and ADRIFT in particular. I did go onto finish and release Vague but in the 2009 SpringThing.

Again and Again was about 50% completed. Later I had a go at writing it in I7 and got it to about 70% complete. But, I hate programming.

Now, it has risen again :) as an ADRIFT v5 project. Amazingly the basic game engine is up and running. And I seem to like v5.
Currently working on "The Blank Wall" in ADRIFT 5 and "Again and Again" in Inform 7.

Maybe even KF will finish one of his many projects :O

I'm sure I could go back and find some projects I announced in 2001 to finish for their 10th anniversary.

To the illiterate perhaps, but the rest of us would expect to see a capital letter for that usage!

If you are concerned about finishing, perhaps we should hold a Speed IF next week for practice? No prizes, no ranks, just a little batch of work to keep us all sharp.

I'm working on my entry for Prune's contest, but I can also use some camaraderie as motivation. I was gonna suggest an IRC work-in, but figuring out what time zone everyone's in might be prohibitively confusing.
