We all say it, all the time, Androof.

Usually as a punchline, granted, but still.

Yes. When Adrift v5 comes out, as a way of getting used to the system. Is that ok?

I'm sorry, David. If you've already written your section, feel free to write another one, it's not specifically a competition so go nuts!

I haven't written anything yet. I just thought it was a neat idea and I don't want it to fall by the wayside.

*bump*
As far as your super-objective perhaps within the library there could be objects representing various books(mini-games) that you've already played and by completing books you gain new parts or hints to the ultimate puzzle. Although after all the adventures you would go through it would have to be one massive epic masterpiece of a puzzle.

Multi-dimensional perhaps, semi-surreal? That would still allow some sort of cohesion...
Just some thoughts.

It wouldn't have to be one big puzzle at the end. Maybe every 3-4 books would have a puzzle you need to pass the get to a new set, for instance.

And, clearly, the library must be pan-dimensional. Because that's almost pan-galactic.

If you did need to get an object from each book/mini-game to proceed and/or win, either that object must be glaringly, blatently obvious or you need to be able to reenter books (at the beginning or the place you left off, whichever's easier).

This old topic is dormant until Sprite (whose idea it was) gets back from camp or wherever she's at. Hopefully it'll be set up sometime.
