Halloween Hijinks-

Rules are: Add three sentences to the story. 2nd person perspective.

Finally! October 31st has arrived, with much anticipation. You have been planning your costume for over three months now.

You are going to the party as a pirate who dressed up as a vampire for a Halloween party and then got turned into a zombie. Everyone is going to love it! As soon as you can figure out where you misplaced your gore-streaked cravat you'll be on your way.

You're pretty sure you left it in the coffin. In the coffin where it had the... brains? You hope it has... brain...

The coffin is down in the cellar, but as you hit the light switch you realize that the bulb has gone (where?) Nevertheless you start your descent down into darkness holding on to the handrail. The further down you get, the darker it gets until you can't see a hand before your eyes.

You come to a section of the staircase where the rail has given way to rot and you fall several feet to the floor. Your landing is softened by a pillowy object and you realize that you've fallen inside your Uncle's strange new invention. You hear the lid shut tightly as the contraption comes to life with electric clicking and buzzing.
