Yes, I can't access it at all. Damn nuisance as I need to get into my PM's to get the email address of a guy who has just volunteered to playtest my adventure Fortress of Fear (coming soon to a website near you!).

I ventured into the World of Spam (aka RAIF) to see if there was any word on the IF Forum and a few people there were commenting on it being down, but no one knew what was wrong with it.
