That's happened before. I managed to submit a game by uploading it as a new game, rather than uploading it over the older version.

You could try that, if you haven't already, or just wait for Campbell to fix it.

Did you try deleting the old file completely and uploading the new one? I think I had to do something like that when I submitted a new version of something awhile back. Or, try zipping the file before uploading it?

Yay, I'm glad it'll be up soon, if the website ever lets you... :)

What's the status on this one? Still having trouble? What's being done about it?

The re-released game is available to download (several copies in fact - looks like all the author's multiple attempts at uploading the game ultimately worked. You'll need to search title with the "ALL" option checked. Why? Because for some reason the game file has a 'txt' extension which you will need to change to 'taf' once you download the file.

As for the game itself - a quick peek shows it to be oldskool and I am looking forward to playing it in depth this weekend.

Yes, I've been playing for several hours now. No problems so far.

I downloaded the text file, changed the extension from txt to taf and the quest was afoot.

Good work!

Yeah, the game goes much smoother once you figure out how to get past the dragon.

I hope the author doesn't mind, but I've gone ahead and uploaded the game with the corrected extension and attributed it to him in the description.

Alas, lady friends never do. And neither do brothers, sisters, parents or close personal friends. Sigh. I guess this is why we have IF forums...
