The lack of any progress with v5 is part but not the whole story. I think IF is dying and the ADRIFT scene more so. No one plays IF, votes in IF comps or enters comps. Even the people running IF competitions lose interest and do not post the results. Depressing really. Surely the recent (ish) Odd c...

I had a look on the IFDB just now and was amazed to find me, *and* my games, on there!

Quite a thrill, I must admit! And I didn't even have to lift a finger! ;)

I can't help you Danny, but best of luck. Sounds like you're trying to make a CCG, which I actually used to love!

Good luck fella! :)

I've played this for over 50 hours now, almost finished it.

Simply awesome. I can't recommend it enough!

Also played a lot of Fable 2, but that kind of diminished soon as Fallout 3 came along.

Happy gaming!

:)

Very much looking forward to this, though I'm still having huge amounts of fun in Fable 2. I found this review cool: http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=270173 I particularly liked this bit: "Even the script and voice acting are pretty decent, and there are reams of detailed text logs t...

Sorry, but I have to say that I'm a bit tired of all this ver. 5 talk. Like Lefty, I realise I'm new. I realise I haven't waited forever for Adrift 5, but bloody hell, I'm not sitting here stressing about it! While the limitations of Adrift can get frustrating, you work with what you've got I say! ...

Indeed.

For those without a registered version of adrift, this is a great opportunity to win one! (and finish a game etc etc).

Go for it! :)

Hey there Duncan, Thanks for the feedback. I have to agree with all your points, and really, this just goes to show how important beta testing is!!! People seem to have liked this game more than the Seance, and this came as a huge surprise to me. Seance was my main game. The one I spent the most ti...

Interesting question there Lumin. I think those elements crept in on their own to be honest. The main feelings I initially wanted to convey were of loneliness, loss, regret and sadness. I actually don't think there's much 'horror' there at all, just spookiness I guess. The way I work, and it may be...

You might have already seen this, but in case you haven't... Some clever (and autistic???) guy made a calculator in Little Big Planet using switches, emitters, pistons etc etc all in the game. You can find it here: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiRgYBHoAoU Wait till he scrolls up and shows how it w...
