Just start writing..... :? :P
Daza should have to share one hour each of his game with all five participants. It's the only way to be fair!

Yeah but... he'll have to finish it hours before you do because of the international date line and him being on this side of it. So effectively you get almost a full extra day. :? rofl

I am still working on mine, but not finished. I wouldn't complain if you added an extra week  , which perhaps those nearly finished or would like some more time to bug fix/polish their entries in the meantime.

I'm ok with it. But what do the other participants think?

I have been working on my entry under the assumption that the deadline was April 17th. It wasn't until today when I accidentally read through the post that I found out that deadline is the 25th. :?

There was some confusion about the starting date, so I thought that the post on April 1st was a mistake. Also, I always look at the first post to see rules, deadlines etc. In the future, I think it is good to always edit the 1st post if something changes such as the deadline.

This is just to say that perhaps DazaKiwi thinks (like I did) that the deadline is the 18th of April?

If so, I guess it would be sufficient to set the date to the 25th?

In any case, I guess the deadline should not be before the 25th as some of the authors might have understood that the deadline was the 25th, not the 18th.
(PS: I will also submit a game to this comp)

Participants have three weeks (that is until Sunday April 25 ... No matter which timezone you are in.) to complete and send their game, blorb or taf file to my official Adrift Email address: Drifting(dot)Prune AT mail(dot)com
This is what I've been going by as it was the most recent post on the deadline, although I wasn't sure if 'until Sunday' meant Sunday was available or that if the deadline was Saturday night.

Denk is absolutely right. Great idea. I have now edited the original post so there should be no misunderstanding.

How are your games coming along?
So far we have three contestants: Lazzah, Denk and myself. Is this all? (Just curious)

I doubt I'm going to make it as a few hours tomorrow evening are all the time I'm going to get to work on it again.

I actually don't mind though, since I have this sudden urge to alter the plot based on a dream I had last night, and it'll take time to do that right.

Oh! You fell into the trap of changing your original idea?
Been there, done that a few times myself :( :O
